Cancellation & Modification

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement, as long as they haven't been processed or dispatched.

Modification requests may include:

• Product variant changes
• Shipping address updates
• Contact detail corrections

How to Request

To request a cancellation or modification, email hello@tokfo.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9676982902 with your order number as soon as possible.

If your order has already been processed or shipped before we review your request, changes may not be possible.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

For prepaid orders cancelled within 12 hours and before dispatch, the full amount paid is refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery orders, the ₹99 paid online to confirm the order is non-refundable, including when the order is cancelled or refused at delivery. You don't pay the remaining amount.
