Replacement Policy (No Refunds)

At TOKFO, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly assist you with a replacement under the conditions below.
Eligibility for Replacement
To help us process your request smoothly, please ensure the following:
• The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Clear photos of the product and packaging are provided.
• A complete unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened is shared.
• The product is unused and returned in its original packaging.
The unboxing video helps us verify the issue and ensures that replacement requests are handled fairly and efficiently.
Important Information
• We currently provide replacements for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• Requests without a valid unboxing video may not qualify for replacement.
• The product must be unused and returned in its original condition with packaging.
Shipping Charges for Returns
• If the return is due to our error (wrong product sent, damaged, or defective), TOKFO will bear all return and re-shipping charges.
• If the return is due to a customer error (incorrect model, size, or colour selected at the time of ordering), the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
• Please double-check your iPhone model before placing your order to avoid any inconvenience.
How to Request a Replacement

Our team will review your request and guide you with the next steps if the request is approved.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 business days.
